The Jospong Group of Companies is providing strategic support to the 2021 Population and Housing Census in the areas of training and publicity. In the area of training, the Jospong Group of Companies is printing of 40,000 Field Officer’s manuals for trainees and providing 100,000 sanitisers for trainees, as well as transporting training materials to some regions to support the distribution of logistics. Zoomlion, one of the affiliate companies of the Jospong Group of Companies, further pledged to provide disinfection and cleaning services for all training centres. The Group have also supported publicity by sponsoring a meeting with the media to brief them on the census and highlight the areas where the support of the media is needed.

Madam Sophia Kudjordji, Head of Communication for the Jospong Group of Companies and Mrs. Gloria Opoku Anti, Managing Director for Zoomlion officially presented the donated items and a letter outlining all the areas of support to Professor Samuel Kobina Annim, the Government Statistician and Dr. Grace Bediako, the Chair of the Ghana Statistical Service Board at the National Census Secretariat on Friday.
